Our program reviews written with our Guidelines and our subjective experience as a frame of reference.   As this project matures, we will be expecting programs to respond to a questionnaire  based on the guidelines and our commentary will follow the Guidelines more rigorously.

We released that questionnaire on April 3, 2009 for schools and programs.  It is clear that there is significant resistance to the questionnaire.  We think we understand the reasons for the resistance.  We also believe that as this project matures and this website becomes more influential, schools and programs will begin to respond to the questionnaire.  We will give greater attention to those schools and programs that do complete a questionnaire.  The time will come when the value of having our attention will exceed the difficulty of completing the questionnaire and the intrusiveness of the questions.  As questionnaire reponses come in, they will be placed at "Q Responses" in our Menus. 

When fully developed, we will have extensive service-by-service, program-by-program, school-by-school critical review in this location with considerable guidance for people searching on-line. We anticipate that some of what we place here will be controversial. We welcome respectful alternative points of view.
