CERTS (Certified Educational, Recreational, and Therapeutic Schools and Programs) is a company operating a small group of therapeutic schools and one transitional school in Utah, currently, with possible plans to expand into other states.   

We at FamilyLight^sm have a very positive opinion of this organization, but we are not sure we have the depth of familiarity to write appropriate reports on the CERTS facilities. Therefore we will solicit guest input from other consultants.
